Mobile payment app utilizing NFC

MyCard - Contactless Payment is a premium finance application by Road Dogs Software. It is a mobile payment platform that makes it easy for users to make purchases with their credit or debit cards using their NFC-enabled devices for contactless settlement of their shopping transactions.

Similar to NFC Tools or Smart NFC, MyCard - Contactless Payment leverages the benefits of NFC technologies to enable users to conduct contactless payments for their various online or store purchases. It also lets them store multiple cards for easier management but requires a card reader accessory to function properly.

Secure and contactless payments

Near-field communication (NFC) has been around for a while now and joins Bluetooth as two of the most popular communication protocols used by smart devices today to communicate and work together. While its contemporary has found its home in long-range implementations for PC peripherals and audio gear, it has been more utilized in device-tagging and payment applications, and MyCard - Contactless Payment is one example.

This mobile application lets you use your NFC-compatible smartphone to pay for in-store transactions quickly and conveniently. You can store up to 20 cards in the app, so you can easily switch between them as needed. You can edit various fields per card, including card names, holder, and their unique CVV numbers. For added security, you can set passwords for them to prevent access by others.

From there, it's just a matter of selecting the Swipe option for each card and scanning your device on the store's card reader. Now, to save your cards on the app, you will need to scan their magnetic data strip on the back. This will require a card reader purchase accessory if you don't have one yet, which uses your headphone jack or USB port.

Convenient NFC payments

If you own an NFC-enabled mobile device and are looking into contactless payment options, MyCard - Contactless Payment is an app worth checking out. It's easy and intuitive to use and you can store multiple cards with it. You do have you buy a third-party accessory for it to work properly, but if you don't mind that, give this a try.
